The "Multi Purpose" concept between Freestyle Wave, Freestyle and Super Sport. They are easy planing, super comfortable to ride and get really fast. Probably the easiest and most forgiving medium wind jibing boards available today. Simple plug and play windsurfing - jump on and have fun.

SHAPE

The 116 uses a performance oriented rocker line from the Super Sport range. The 96 uses one which is close to the Freestyle Waves. The 106 is a combination of the two. A unique bottom shape, consisting of Vee in the mid section of the board combined with double concaves, makes it easy to initiate maneuvers and adjust the radius and carving angle of the jibe. A big advantage is the comfortable ride. The Vee in combination with the double concaves just swallow any chop and provide a super comfortable ride. Our trademark channel concept provides great performance (early planing, high speed) and excellent maneuverability since the rail line has more bottom curve than the inside area of the channel. The channel edge also creates extra lift and grip for maneuvers. The rather straight outline between the foot straps makes the board very stable in straight line sailing and provides even pressure on the front and back foot resulting in a very comfortable stance. The deck has a constant radius in the standing area, you always feel connected to the board since it perfectly fits the arch of your foot. The wide tail makes jibing effortless. The board remains controlled and predictable as you enter the jibe. At the middle of the turn a great gliding sensation kicks in. The board remains stable and calm as you go into the foot change. After the rig flip the power comes on smooth and you accelerate rapidly back to top speed. It almost jibes itself. You only need to initiate the turn and it holds that carving edge - it's so easy!

SUMMARY

Easy early planing, super comfortable, seriously fast. Super easy and very forgiving jibers. Work great in rolling waves like you find them in Greece and Egypt... If you plan to ride real breaking waves consider - the Freestyle Waves which require a slightly more advanced rider. As the All Ride name says it - you can ride anything with them - flatwater, bumpy conditions and rolling waves. You got it all.

La linea Allride è relativamente nuova in JP, e se vogliamo nasce da una costola della linea Xcite Ride. O meglio gli Xcite sono rimasti nelle misure più grandi, come sempre semplici e facili, un pò pagnuccosi, che perdonano errori grazie alla loro stabilità e alla navigazione su binario. E gli Allride sostituiscono gli Xcite più piccoli, ma con caratteristiche un pò più dinamiche, meno stabili ma molto più divertenti.La gamma è molto corta, solo 3 tavole, con 3 shape diversi, FW il 96, un pò corsaiolo il 116 e più allround il 106. Ed infatti il 106 è forse la tavola più interessante per tutti quei surfisti che cominciano a scalpitare e a perfezionare andatura e strambata. Lo shape è molto pulito, con un doppio concavo pronunciato e i channel tipici di JP. La poppa è abbastanza larga e quindi non estrema per strambate facili ma non estreme. La versione FWS è leggermente più pesante ma in proporzione sembra più leggera del FW Pro provato. Le dotazioni sono buone, la pinna non molto, meglio la pinna in G10 della Pro. D'altronde il minor prezzo si paga con qualche rinuncia.

Salta all'occhio

Anche l'estetica paga qualcosa, anzi molto.... la tavola non è molto affascinante, rispetto alla versione pro dove il grigio e lo sverniciato invece primeggiano. La carena poi è quasi completamente bianca,  un pò poco accattivante, ma ideale per i centri noleggio.

Alla prova:

A parte queste considerazioni estetiche, che hanno comunque il loro peso nella scelta, la tavola io la consiglierei ad occhi chiusi, infatti una volta messa in acqua non ci sono minus da segnalare, plana presto, stramba con facilità, raggiunge anche belle velocità al lasco, è controllabile sul chop. La apprezzerà sicuramente chi sta imparando e perfezionando manovre fondamentali, ma è consigliabile anche come tavola grande per chi anche con vele medie grandi vuole sotto i piedi non uno slalom ma una tavola polivalente...e lo è davvero!!!! Il nome Allride è si corretto, ma non rende certo giustizia ad una tavola così affascinante, senza picchi di prestazione, ma con una media molto alta. Anche con poco vento la tavola è stabile grazie allo shape proporzionato, non certo innovativo ma molto azzeccato
 

Adatta a :

• Tavola veramente molto polivalente e quindi adatta a surfisti che non disdegnano tutte le condizioni
• tavola unica per surfisti pesanti (96 per quelli leggeri) che stanno progredendo e quindi vogliono un mezzo facile ma con ottime potenzialità
